As Vice President of TNH Pharmacy from 2012-2018, Will created the company's first 340B program, negotiated and obtained 12 limited distribution medications, expanded operational licensing from 1 to 33 states, redesigned their online real-time portal's UI, and grew them from $1.3 million annually to $487 million.

Prior to joining PCG, Will served as CEO to two healthcare organizations which supplied international staffing of 1,100 employees across four countries to 700 different clinics within 20+ specialties for clinical call center scheduling, referrals, medical records, prescription coordination, HEDIS, remote patient monitoring, diabetes reversal, eligibility and benefits verification, medical billing, and medical marketing. Under his leadership, the two companies grew 300% within a four year span.

Will also has certifications in Website Design & Development, Search Engine Optimization, Paid Advertising, and various EMRs and web based platforms.
