For 30 years, Michael has provided technological and business solutions to Managed Care and patient outcomes. Serving at Barnes, Jewish & Christian, Monarch Health Systems, HealthWest, UniHealth, PacifiCare, CareAmerica, St. Joseph's Hospital, Kaiser Permanente MedGroup Management TPA and Axminister Medical Group. Has built his medical billing, coding, and claims adjudication expertise second to none. That's why he's the Chairman and CEO.

His experience working with and consulting with MediComp, Physmark, Zybex, EZ-Cap, and various other Adjudication softwares led him to seek out a master programmer status. Michael built and coded Virtual Examiner himself, he built iVECoder, and his dream became a reality and has helped millions of patients and employees nationwide. He's so well acclaimed for his software knowledge, he has taught programming classes at the University of Southern California.
