What is AAPC HealthCon Convention?
Every year one of the nation’s most hardest working yet widely underappreciated group of people all convene at one national convention. Who am I speaking about? Medical Coders and Revenue Cycle Management experts.
Sharing best business practices, learning the latest and greatest, and sometimes most frustrating compliance regulations that are now part of our every day lives. We embrace our roles and responsibilities over some amazing conversations, network, and learn.
Hosted by the AAPC, you get to shake hands with some of the most supportive vendors for medical coding and billing, break bread with them, learn from one another, and attempt to solve medical coding obstacles within a 3-4 day event.
Who Attended the 2023 AAPC HealthCon Convention
This year HealthCon was held at the Gaylord Resort in Nashville, TN. A wonderful former theme park turned into what can only be described as a sanctuary of fun, walkways with luscious plants and trees as far as the eyes can see, and enough shops and resources to make you think about moving in!
There were almost 1600 in-person attendees, 600 virtual attendees, and over 30 different vendors. As a collective group we packed every convention room and auditorium we were awarded.

PCG Sofware was front and center. We had amazing giveaways of visa cards, free pendants, and the office in a box. Office in a box is a tiny box filled with the essentials any person of any age should have with them when traveling. Our giveaways and moving background were a fan favorite!
We met over 1400 medical coding and medical billing experts, engaged in awesome discussions, and we even presented and spoke on the large stage for all to see and hear. Going over our amazing AI medical coding software, iVECoder ®. We showcased it’s ability to perform mock adjudication, research any code, perform your own audits, learn how to use it to beat the audit, find RVUs and financial details of codes, use it as a teaching module, and about 200 other applications. iVECoder was a hit!

Where will the 2023 AAPC HealthCon Convention be held?
